About us
Welcome in Osteomedica
Osteomedica is a clinic specialising in osteopathy, physical therapy, massage therapy, sports injury therapy, rehabilitation and exercises. We can help with chronic spinal pain problems, spinal injuries (slipped disc, back strain), sports injuries (muscle strain, tendon sprain or tear) or other sports injury-related pain. We offer professional osteopathic therapy for children and babies, women during pregnancy and after childbirth, jaw pain problems or internal organs dysfunctions.
In our approach, a thorough physical examination and a carefully determined diagnosis of the problem presented by our patients are essential. Whether it was chronic pain or an acute injury, the goal of our exercise program is to help our patients return to their previous level of fitness activity and strengthen adjacent regions of the body to prevent injury reoccurrence.
Hello, my name is Premyslaw. In 2013, I developed a keen interest in human anatomy, movement biomechanics, and physical therapy. To pursue this passion, I enrolled in an 18-month Neuromuscular Physical Therapy certification program at the National Training Centre in Dublin. After completing this training, I decided to continue my education and enrolled in a second, 2.5-year training program for a Higher Diploma in Neuromuscular Therapy. This program covered various subjects and manual therapies for conditions such as tinnitus, dizziness, headaches, and their treatment through spinal mobilisation with movement (MWM), biotensegrity, rolfing, dry needling, and more. I also learned about treating myofascial pain and dysfunction, rehabilitation, sequencing—neurodynamic stabilisation and kinematics efficiency—treating surgical scars, and advanced clinical exercises.
The College of Osteopathy was one of the best decisions I ever made. This five-year osteopathic program allowed me to gain an Orthopaedic Sports Therapy Diploma, a Diploma in Spinal Manipulative Therapy, a Diploma in Cranio-Sacral Therapy for babies and adults, a Diploma in Osteopathy (D.O.), and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honours degree in Osteopathic Medicine in December 2022.
I am pleased to say that the unique knowledge I have gained in manual therapy, combined with physical examination, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, or visceral problems, allows me to look at patients’ issues from a broader perspective and provide them with an individual, effective, and safe treatment plan.
Hello there! My name is Magda, and I am a certified massage and beauty therapist with 20 years of professional experience. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in cosmetology from a medical school in Poland back in 2003. Since then, I have pursued advanced therapeutic and deep-tissue massage courses, including kinesiotherapy components. I have also completed training in a variety of techniques, including Kobido Japanese Face Massage, Deep Tissue Cupping Massage, Guasha Stone Face Massage, Face Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, Lomi Lumi Massage, Bamboo Stick Massage, Voya Seaweed Treatment, and, most recently, Thai Massage Diploma. With years of experience, I have expanded my knowledge and expertise in various innovative manual massage techniques to provide my clients with the best possible relaxation experience.
